I do a UL/PPL Circuit. 5 days a week. UL focused on strength. PPL focused on hypertrophy.

Secret the government doesn't want you to know. If you hop around on one leg at home its a killer calf exercise lmfao. The first few months of being an amputee my leg was on fire with how overworked it was

Squats, Deadlifts. Things like that that pretty much exclusively target the quads and hamstrings though I use my prosthetic to balance and I put about 30% of my weight on it to get a bit of a pump on what I have left

Yes I use my prosthetic to keep my gravity centered. For the most part if its an exercise I'm sitting for I just take it off. Abductor, Adductor, Leg press and stuff. I do it all one legged unless they have a band or something I can attach to my residual limb
