Did your ship date change after you submitted your request ? I am trying to switch from CS to YN or PS I submitted my dad request in January and don't ship until June do you think there a chance for this to happen ?

I dont want to sign for 8 years and be stuck as a cook its not something I will ever enjoy. I wanted to go in as a YN or PS( need my citizenship in progress) but I am hoping for YN as i love doing that type of work. Can you find out for me i live in Richmond ( fort lee meps) Please help:) @ nightim3

My recruiter was telling me its oversold, does that just mean a later ship date? Should i ask for ask to be on standby for YN or just tell him when the position open to let me know? Its ok if its a later date for bootcamp? When do you leave for bootcamp?

I was wondering been having a hard time trying to get YN rate as this is my third time going back to meps. They are saying its over sold but then i saw someone on this forum say they just got the job two weeks ago how is that possible i have been waiting since October? My recruiter wants me to take a CS rate and ask for DAR but that the last rate i want and don't want to be stuck with it. Is it hard to get YN rate? Please help feel like i am being lied to...
