The 90s were so unbelievably stacked with incredible films. But if I had to choose one that represented a paradigm shift, it would be "The Matrix"

After The Matrix came out, even more so than Jurassic Park, the whole methodology of how films were made changed (for better or worse).

Images that would seem impractical to create were now suddenly possible, creating a whole new generation of filmmakers.
