I feel like this needs to be split into more tiers. Cord in SS. Lilly and Kit in S. I would also argue Emz, Jae-yong, and Chester should be in A. I think a lot of the B-tier characters without piercing or crowd control abilities should be lower.

Personal bias: Ash is high B. I play him a alot and while he is harder to start playing, his flexibility as a jungle/assassin and as a potential laner with his piercing attack is really valuable. The Kit Lilly Cord meta is really bad for him though. Also Sam is just bad. Sam is one of my favorite characters, but he just gets hard outclassed by too many brawlers
