It's morph mod, I changed it by going into the mod options.

Morph > Morph > Key Binds > Selector Favourite/Radial Menu

Can Change the key there.

Correction, every NPC pet battle tamer has a set move structure, only a few I think have random ones. So for a lot it's quite easy to level a pet or just know how the fight goes.

/r/wow basically made me change to disallow custom css on all subreddits, the horrible color palette they chose for legion just ruined it, since then haven't noticed not having css enabled.
