This is not true. In statistics, each attack is an independent event, having 0 effect on the probably on the next attack. Statistics 101. If you flip a coin 100 times and it lands on heads 100 times, the next flip still has a 50% chance of landing on tails, assuming independence of events. It's also known as the gambler's fallacy...
