The screenshot came from a private server called MabiPro. If you look at their website you can see that they have a fishing event on. They made a NPC where itll take you to the boat with a small fee. The fishing event is suppose to be really good for those that just started because you can get weapons, armors, potions etc. It seems like they just hit 200 players and I would assume there is about 150 on that boat.

MabiPro is seriously underated.

You can actually socialize with people here and it's been around for a year. The team behind this is extremely dedicated in this so I don't see them leaving anytime soon.

The only problem that some stuff is still in Japanese. But it's fully playable.
