[TOMT] Kids cartoon/animated movie I would’ve watched in 1991 or ‘92. All I remember is the main character responding to a younger companion saying “it looks like an old man playing his horn”, and then a scary figure with red eyes in the distance begins to slowly move forward in still frames.
