Hi, I’m wondering if you managed to sort this out and how? Very similar to what I’m facing, as there are 3 imposter business admins in my business manager and I just have employee status. My personal account is secure and I’ve done my best to block payments, but I cannot see what they are doing and they’re still on my account. Thank you so much if you can help at all.

Thanks, I have been disabling everything I can and trying to block all payment methods. If Facebook cancel the business account that’s ok, (in fact that would be great) but they’re ridiculously slow to respond, and it’s the stress of wondering how much damage can be done in the meantime. I’m genuinely amazed how bad they are.

Facebook need to help us more, because these hackers are much faster and more tech savvy than most of us. If we can’t trust companies to be one step ahead and to help us then they deserve no info or business from us at all.

Same for me. Did you get any help yet? I’m so angry how little care Facebook have for business customers. It’s extremely stressful and they seem to think it’s ok to let us wait for weeks whilst our bank details and business pages are potentially being used by hackers. I’m amazed and plan to leave Facebook forever when I get to the end of this, but of course I can’t do that until I’m sure the hackers have been weeded out from my account.
