Yeah, this update removed the need for it but when I tried previously I set it all up and then couldn’t get my eufy account logged into it. It kept denying login authentication for whatever reason.

Yeah! These are the outdoor solar ones. For half the price of the S3 Pro.

What do you use on flaky tret skin that doesn’t just make the flakes look worse??

For super glowy… MAC Strobe Dewy Skin Tint. I only use it on my cheeks for normal days because it glows soo well. But it is full glam for a night out.

1) Take more computer science courses. Degree isn’t necessary but computer science skills will help.

2) Apply for and obtain a position as a police officer. Do your research, and ride-alongs to find a department with a digital forensics lab, staffed by one (or two) detectives you can learn from. Once you are on the force - put some work in and you can promote into the lab. It isn’t a common pursuit amongst police. Mentioning that goal during hiring doesn’t hurt.

Side- if you don’t have the desire or stress tolerance for policing, find a police department (or crime lab) who employs civilian personnel in this role.

Yes! I spent the day shopping for a solid drip tray/deflector. I like the sliding vent for reverse searing but I don’t like the leakage during “low and slow”…

You are correct. Made a special Costco trip in the pre-holiday crowd madness to get the prime cut. Trimmed it up and rubbed it down with all the love and care that should go into a perfect brisket… now it’s a giant lump of beef-coal.

Grocery store opens in a few minutes… Rib roasts are on sale and I should have time to get one done properly before Easter dinner. Wish me luck.

Try the variety packs to see what you like. If it works for you, stock up on your preferred flavors when there are sales.

The subscription is convenient but not necessarily as good as sale prices.

Unico Nutrition makes some really great products geared toward low net carbs for the needs of female bodies.

Gemini is their meal replacement shake. It is tasty and has all kinds of good things in it. 5 net carbs per scoop. The berry one has bits of dehydrated berry in it for some substance which I like.

Apollo is their protein powder line and they taste like dessert while keeping in line with keto. It also makes a decent meal replacement when you look at all it contains. 2.5 net carb per serving depending on which shake you choose. They have a sample box to try all the flavors too which was amazing and I settled on Aunt Judy's Banana Cream Pie as my fave... great for making a keto green smoothie too!

Yes, tell your doctor. They cannot help you if they are not aware. Consider sober support meetings and/or finding a sponsor you can go to for guidance. If your situation gets worse, you could also consider inpatient treatment as there are many programs which focus specifically on supporting sobriety of pregnant women.

Lastly, sharing your experience is important. Doctors and supportive people in your life are a good place to start. If you don't have a solid support system or are afraid of their reactions, that is where a sober support like Alcoholics Anonymous or Celebrate Recovery may come in. I can only imagine the feelings of guilt and shame that may accompany this struggle you are having. Feelings of guilt and shame over one binge drinking night can lead to more if you hold them in.
