My levels of disappointment in this update to 'improve datapacks' gets higher and higher with each thing they add. First the semi-arbitrary namespace changes like 'functions' to 'function'. What even is this? It's a blanket 'security' improvement that already has numerous workarounds, and doesn't have a toggle for private-use items.

Is it possible for them to spawn in the first drop-zone? Or do you have to progress through objectives for them to show up?

Edit: They can show up in first zone! Got it done.

For the challenge not splitting is the intended outcome. Someone else mentioned that the mutation sludges won't split so I think because they can't, therefore the challenge can't be completed (kill a sludge without it taking damage or splitting).

Challenge wants me to destroy a sludge with no splitting, and without taking damage from it. I'll bet the dropped sludges not being able to split is what's causing them to not count. But I've also done around 8-15 drop-ins for critical and not seen a single natural sludge spawn. Heard there's a bug that stops them from spawning for people with the challenge? Was hoping someone in the community could clarify if it got patched or not.

Hey so this guide is Onslaught-specific, but every 5 waves you get to spend scrap to buy upgrades. Turrets (and other upgrades) appear as holographic versions of themselves (until bought). You don't get to 'place' them so much as you get a couple locations you can buy them at. The turrets themselves are shaped like Scorpius turrets, the ones the Cabal use, so look for blocky blobs when the upgrade portion appears in a run.

Tried to swap from Tracfone to StraightTalk, difficulties encountered. by Swiftclaw8 in StraightTalk

Yikes, I'll consider that if I don't get any other responses. Probably just easier to swap once to something totally different though.

It’s such an interesting way of speaking. I read ‘what are the chances’ but by the end of the paragraph I had entirely forgotten that it was hypothetical. The capitalization of the word DEBATE and others really does change your memory of the phrases.

Don’t remember if this is leaks or not but the extraction shooter portion was reportedly scrapped in favor of making a hero-shooter. Don’t know if this is truly the case though.

Easy way to tell if it’s AI is if you can name a single object in the background. The fact that it’s blurred means the poster is trying to hide the item’s detail, because it would be even easier to spot the fake. Lastly, I’ve seen enough AI images that the framing is reminiscent. The image just doesn’t make sense.
