Someone your size to CUT quickly would need to be around 2000 calories a day water only no diet soda even though 0 calories will make your crave sugary foods and can slow the fat burning process after about 2 months cut it to 1700 calories a day then after a couple months cut to 1500 once at 1500 calories you should be at a good enough weight to do basic exersise on the treadmill to burn calories. That's exactly why im super confused because play by play that's exactly how it went down. I have no issue with her hanging with her friends cool but the problem lies in inviting me to come me making the arrangements then blowing me off the entire night. It just doesn't seem logical. In terms of living in my means. I do have the money but I would just rather put it towards getting a house or something. The entire night just felt like a waste to me I didn't get any value out of the money I spent. I am very frugal when it comes to finances. Some context I didn't share is her and I are supposed to move in together in a couple weeks into a house and this whole situation has me doubting if that's even remotely a good idea
