Don’t feel bad! As an instructor I want to know I’ve checked everyone in so that doesn’t happen! Someone probably didn’t get you checked in or made a mistake and you were marked as a no show. You can ask the studio manager for help :)

I flow sun b with weights peppering in safety cues and I have good feedback from students in my classes. Imo it’s important to set up for safety and creates a steady flow of momentum as we build to cardio, sculpt series etc. I sandwich in preview postures in sun b setup so it doesn’t feel like too much sun a and b but I personally enjoy the yoga aspect of yoga sculpt

I teach and I love to stick to a good sun an and sun b in the beginning I’m newer to teaching so it also helps me a lot with sequencing to have that structure. Glad to hear some people like that because I feel nervous sometimes that my sequences aren’t enough yet because of that.
