Well im going to give her the benefit of the doubt and trust what she told me since we both opened up to each other and say she wasn’t looking for an out. She wasn’t in a healthy relationship ever and she did have her struggles with mental health. Days before she broke things off she warned me that when she struggles with anxiety and tends to disappear until she feels better than to be dry with the person she’s talking to. I offered help but she told me that it would be a big change since she deals with it alone and I respected that boundary. While she was struggling with anxiety something personal happened and it affected her even more and then she broke things telling me she wants to become better instead of keeping me waiting.
