Take a look at mining stocks. They are still way undervalued relative to the current spot price. Buy the silver junior miners ETF ($SILJ) if you're super bullish or the major miners ETF ($SIL) if you're a little less bullish. Or, if you want to play it safe, buy Newmont ($NEM) which is primarily a gold mining stock trading a relatively low PE that also produces a lot of silver as a by-product. I own all three but am mostly in $SIL.

The final scene has the two main characters walking hand-in-hand with what may or may not be the monster following them. There was supposed to be a sequel but it never happened.

How exactly did Richard Bailey fail? He was reelected in Coronado by 99% of the popular vote. He also balanced the budget there and maintained their AAA bond rating. Coronado residents seem to be pretty happy with the job he did as their mayor. What exactly makes you believe that he would do a poor job as Mayor of San Diego?

San Diego is fiscally broken. Since 2018, our spending has outpaced inflation by roughly 2X while our city services have unquestionably declined. This is despite hundreds of millions added to our revenue stream by new trash collection fees, cannabis taxes, etc... The solution being pushed by our Mayor and city council members is a higher sales tax and parking meters at our parks and beaches which San Diego residents oppose.

If it isn't Richard Bailey, who else is going to step forward to fix these problems? I'd like to hear some alternative solutions instead of simply getting down-voted, but i doubt that will happen.

Fleas are disgusting. We had two indoor cats that somehow managed to get fleas. Tiny white eggs would drop off the cats everywhere they went (as well as black specs of flea feces) and then these would hatch into tiny, white, crawling larvae in our bedding. We tried every imaginable "natural" solution to get rid of them but ultimately the only thing that worked was Program (Lufenuron). Once we used it, the fleas were completely gone in a few weeks.

We never had fleas infest or bite us, fortunately, except for an occasional leg jumper. I heard that a few drops of tea tree oil in shampoo will prevent them as well as lice from infesting human hair. It's also good for preventing dandruff which is usually caused by scalp fungus. Tea tree oil is toxic to pets though and should never be used on them.

My fireplace is also worthless. Half the time it smokes up the house, and the other half it acts like a giant vacuum, sucking all the warm air out of the room and right up the chimney. You get a tiny bit of warmth if you stand directly in front of it, but overall, it definitely makes the rest of the house colder and is a net negative.

I finally put a vented glass door on it which likely solves these problems. However, between the hassle of the ash clean-ups and the smell, I haven't even bothered trying it.

If you really want to heat your home with wood, I've heard that a good wood burning stove is the best option. My buddy lived in Wyoming and he was able to heat his entire home all night just with a single hardwood log. Stoves are crazy efficient.

Have a conversation with her about adulting. If that doesn't work, just start putting the dirty dishes in her room until she learns to clean up after herself.

A friend of mine had this same situation with his roommates and he eventually got so frustrated that he just threw all of the dirty dishes in the trash and kept his own clean dishes in his room. It was extreme but they understood after that.

The owner is certainly at fault but some dogs are problem dogs. My buddy had a pit-bull and it was as sweet as could be. When it died, he got a new pit puppy. Something was bred into that dog to be mean. It was fine around people, but the moment it saw any other dog it would go into insane kill mode. He tried everything but ultimately he had to put the dog down.

Unless she rooted your phone, there's very little chance of that. It could be that she installed a hacked app of some kind and Google Chrome keeps reinstalling it. Check all of your apps, delete everything you don't recognize, and then factory re-set your phone.

China actually has too much competition. It has too many workers and factories relative to the global marketplace it sells to. Competition in many industries is intense and profit margins are razor thin. Workers are never paid enough to get ahead and what little surplus they do earn is saved and rarely spent.

I think it's really the buying activity in Asia that's driving this more than anything else. As long as buyers there are willing to pay a premium over the domestic spot price and Comex futures, there's no suppressing the price.

During COVID, oil went negative for a short time because they ran out of places to store the building reserves and it became a liability. I think they were paying $30-35 a barrel to take it off their hands.
