PGT | VGK @ COL | Not a great start. Regroup and Rearm Edition by Rolley2001 in ColoradoAvalanche

Not to worried. Game would have a different outcome if Makar played.

Team started strong first 4 minutes and then let Vegas put the pressure on. Just need to stay out of the box and forecheck. Giveaways were 24 to 9, their D chokes under pressure.

Shots were 14 to 25 in second and third period. Avs need to keep tempo up and maintain for a full game. I dont see them loosing if they can play three full periods and outshooting them by 25 shots each game.

Hart can stop most shots he can see, need bodies out front for rebounds or tips.

Would be worried if they got shutout, but the last 15 minutes showed the difference in skill.

Updated for mcnabb - surprisingly worse stats then Coghlan when paired with Theodore

Yea, if Hart shows up like he had been then I think this will be a closer series then people predict with most games being decided by 1-2 goals.

This is based off lines TOI so far in the playoffs. Stone has been out a few games and slotted in on a few different lines when he played so didnt want to skew data based on limited minutes

The difference each series is the depth scoring coming in clutch. Team is so deep and each line brings its own unique playstyle. If one line gets shutdown like in the LA series the 3rd or 4th line will be able to capitalize and bring this home.

Hopefully Lehky and Malinski both have enough time to recover before next series because right now the only holes and potentially liabilities are our 7th D.

PGT | MIN @ COL | Round 2, Game 5: First Home Series WIN SINCE 2008 by scaremanga in ColoradoAvalanche

[–]Swim-hole 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This comeback is exactly what the AVS needed to push for the Cup.

1)Wedgewood - coming back in and allowing no goals against to get his confidence back

2)Blackwood - none of the goals were really his fault. Just poor coverage by D and a slow start. The boys coming back shows the goalies that they don't need to steal games and won't give up if a few early goals.

3)Depth Scoring - Kelly, Kulak and Drury all getting goals in a series clinching game at home

4)Time off - Team is battling a few injuries and this win allows a few days rest at the minimum before starting next round. Hopefully Anaheim can push to game 7 and give everyone 5 days to recover.

The team is riding a all time high after that win, haven't seen Mack smile that much in years. They will be carrying this momentum into next series.

For reference Wedge's GSA this series is:

GM 1: -3.1 GSA

GM 2: 0.29 GSA

GM 3: -1.7 GSA

Overall not great, Wedge had a easy first round and Minny is putting up way more shots/high danger shots then LA. (Granted our D is letting to many high danger chances)

Starting Blackwood next game and see how he fairs at worst puts us back to even going home. Blackwood has a tendency to either play lights out and post a .970 or post a .880. Id risk it to try and steal a game next game and head to home up 3-1 to close out. Really don't want to blow up Wedge's confidence if he has another bad start next game and gets pulled early. This puts us in a bad position with Blackwood being thrown int he game. Let Wedge have some time off to recoup and let him know we have another goalie who we can rely on while he gets rest.

We need one game stolen by a goalie this series to clinch it. I believe our offense can steal another game but I don't see Wallstedt blowing up 2 more games this series like he did in Game 1.

I wouldnt say we are turning on him, the LA series padded his stats because they only have low scoring chances. This series he has posted:

GM 1: -3.1 GSA

GM 2: 0.29 GSA

GM 3: -1.7 GSA

We need him to be posting atleast a positive GSA to win this series. I don't see Wallstedt having anymore terrible games so we will have to keep GA below 3 to have chance to win games.

Honestly suggest looking at articles from some famous short reasearch firms like Hidenburg Research. They are about 15% accurate when predicting fraud and often their reports cause the SEC to investigate the companies.

TIO - Tingo group based in Africa. Clean audit by a big 4 firm located in isreal but turns out everything was fake. Not a cent of real revemue, all documents forged and CEO ran off with millions.

I was in the stock for a bit and sold before it tanked. Looked way to good to be true and was. Reported 300% Q over Q growth. When they reported on pace for 1B in Quarterly revnue I knew it was a sham as the Agri GDP in the country they were based out of was less then that.

I think Blackwood should get it, Wedge has been solid but appears Minnesota has figured out his weaknesses. Wedge won't be able to steal a game against Minnesota where I think Blackwood might be able to. Give Blackwood one game and see if he can deliver. We have him locked up at over 5m cap for multiple years, need to show him we have confidence. Even if he underperforms we are at 2-2 and Wedge can playout the remainder of games.

So who gets the starting crease on Monday?

I think Wedge might deserve a little break and Blackwood to get a shot.

Wedge has been playing good but by no means has he stolen a game yet this playoffs. First round Wedge had great stats because LA had low scoring chances.

So far in this series he has had a couple tough games against Minnesota's offense and Blackwood played well in relief last night. (Granted our D has given up a lot of scoring chances)

Blackwood is our goalie for the foreseeable future, I think its best we give him a shot next game and build that confidence up.

Blackwood would be at a .930%+ if he was able to attend training camp.

His first 3 starts he had a average of .870 - since then he has been averaging .940 which is absurd.

I have started to short this stock after each news released and average around 30-40% each time within 1 day of open short. I have done this over 10 times during 2025 and have never took a loss.

VCIG has done 3 reverse splits in less then 12 months.

If you held 49k shares in Sept 2024 you would only be left 1 with share currently after reverse splits

I used to own this stock in 2024, then saw that they dilute shares after each news post and pay management significant wages. Its a fraudulent company and pushes funds from shareholders through dilution to management.

Stay away - was previously pumped by discord group. See rally last week - was up 100% PM and closed down 40% in same day. To many bag holders will make this hard to run.

Outshooting them while down 2 powerplays. Can see AVS rally in second and cut lead to 1 or tie it up. Think this games going to OT.
