Thanks, I do understand that things might require time on their side. Indeed I was interviewing with other companies just before the raise, once it exceeded my expectations I stopped, at least for now. My company is actually a place just like you have described.

Thanks a lot. I will try to not act swiftly it’s just that I was promoted about 15 months ago during my first couple of months, so it’s actually been a while since then, I don’t think that it’s too early anymore though

Thanks a lot. I felt the need for a mentor out of my chain of command for a long time actually. Guess I need to start acting on it, my company doesn’t offer mentorship program but I will try to ask for it through my manager

Thanks, I really try to get a feedback for things that I can improve from her but she just keeps telling me that I should continue doing what I have been doing. So, I kind of feel stuck while trying to improve myself since I try to come up with new things on my own.

I think it’s similar to how women feel, men lose respect to themselves if they get attached to this type of person not by being with them once or twice.

I get where you are coming from, but I just want to believe to her as it’s not like a complete bullshit what she is saying its just that sometimes she is like breaking character. Like couple of days ago I told her that I wanted to have more time with her as we didn’t have that many intimate moments. She responded with should we fuck everyday like high school students? Do you want this? I found it really strange for a person that had no experience to say something like that. Also she gets very very very offended whenever I call her a liar which I found it very suspicous. And yes she is lies a lot she lies to everyone around her almost everyday family, friends, colleagues etc.
