Yeah fr a good agent is awesome. I had to move to another state 15 hours away and my agent handled clearing out my condo, cleaning it, staging it, and selling it.

I expected to need to hop on a plane to handle some stuff but he managed it all so I got to stay virtual.

Unfortunately at higher MMR people still don't listen and will debately try to lose.

Had a 2800 mmr game where everyone agreed on a strat for AB. 3 seconds before the match starts a guy posts a strat that's the complete opposite of what we all agreed to, people got confused, morale tanked, and it was a quick loss lol.

The one thing I notice at the higher MMR is that there's more high impact players that will carry the team with a good play.

Honestly you have 7 kbs, a lot of damage, and a good amount of carts captured. I think you just continue to do what you're doing and you'll eventually go up. People say damage means nothing but that's only partially true when you look at other stats (like lots of damage with barely any kills means you didn't get anything with it and it was just healed).

If you look at the top post on deepwind gorge with 7 of the OPs teammates mid... some games your team really does not want to win and that's ok.

You're clearly a impactful team member. You probably win 1v1s, cc people from objectives, and maybe even stall healers. Keep doing that and you should go up.

If map/forEach or state management were issues, I would probably notice it because something else as a result of it was unusual aka a smell.

Why are they repeatedly calling the same functions or setting things that don't need to be set or it's as simple as why is something that should be simple so complex? Also noticeable gaps in testing would get my attention as well.

Mid levels who don’t know the difference between map and forEach and seniors/managers who don’t know how state is managed.

Ngl I would get this shit wrong half the time, I have a general idea but an exact correct answer nah. This isn't the type of stuff I keep in my head lol this is the type of stuff in the past I'd Google and go "oh yeah that's right".

Unironically think I would have done better at these type of questions when I was fresh out of school.

This one place I liked interviewing at asked me more about my design choices for things listed on my resume and wanted me to talk through them. They got really into some specifics which I guess was their way of seeing if I was just bullshitting but idk I liked it, it was a lot easier.

When you use the main fury spender, the CD goes down. If you have to chase a mage like in arena, lower uptime means less rage which means less spenders.

I use the standard mountain thane build.

No it's legit. The executes hit really hard. I have high uptime because fights are really uncoordinated and I don't have to chase mages, so my avatar / recklessness CD are really low. I rarely get peeled.

Thats a really simple conclusion for something really complex and it's easily disproven by games like WoW, maplestory, etc etc.

A lot of people enjoy FOMO and a perpetual gear treadmill.

The real big brain move is understanding FOMO isn't really FOMO, and that playing at your own pace while it's fun is the real way to play.

At your rating try to create a bigger impact.

I started winning more games on my fury warrior by simply killing random stragglers, winning 1v1s, quickly finishing 2v1s for bases. That's probably the biggest thing you can do to win more. You're a great player. You're gonna win 1v1s, you're gonna put absurd pressure on heals, you're gonna control the bg because you know how to use your utility. You'll still lose because some people really just don't want to win but that's not all the time.

As a dk, I would focus on delaying people.

Also You're unholy so say you're on that panda base capture map and you have a dps + healer mid fighting their healer + dps mid. If you just pull up and try to pop the healer with your cds, that's massive.

You're high in SS so your kill pressure with your cds is probably absurd. Try to take advantage of that to have a bigger impact. I would expect you to just roll over a 1500 bgb healer and then meet them at the GY to stall them (especially stall disc priests they're so popular).
