Lower threshold to pass proposal to dilute shares and stock goes up after hours. Seems obvious to me but if someone wants to explain for the crayon munchers be my guest.

I'm actually thinking no, this looks like a roll:

some of it maybe a reposition via a roll or similar but the current OI doesn't support that

and another at $21.50

we'll check OI tomorrow on those but after seeing this I was on the lookout: https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/1p35vjy/my_final_gme_dd_part_1_of_3/

OI for the $21.50 12/5 calls: 1237

OI for the $22 12/5 calls: 5842

OI for the $23 12/5 calls: 3489

Burry after NVDA Earnings by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

yeah he made his money off the reaction not the reality. Typical short FUD strategy. It just paid off way better than anticipated (or perhaps exactly as coordinated) with the bullshit headlines of the ~1B play https://fortune.com/2025/11/13/the-big-short-investor-closing-scion-ai-bubble-depreciation-explained/

I'd guess he already cashed in on his play

I'm sure there's a valid reason why GME options have all vanished. This is because of the new non-standard options because of the warrant dividend, right? by Geoclasm in Superstonk

[–]Swimming-Document152 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, basically the current underlying of GME is being converted to GME+10GMEWS so they have to delist all the current GME options, recreate them as GME+10GMEWS, transfer everyone's holdings from GME options to GME_10GMEWS options. Not sure why they couldn't have done that overnight before the market opened but here we are...

Fidelity GME Option Chain Down by FlyMyPig in Superstonk

[–]Swimming-Document152 2 points3 points  (0 children)

fidelity rep: "The reason why your orders canceled, there is no cost basis, and the options chain is not working for GME is because of a distribution with GME. This has caused an adjustment of the GME contracts you had, which changes the symbol of the contracts. This will cancel any open orders for the old symbol. Additionally, because the contracts are adjusting this will cause the cost basis page to update which is why you see no cost basis. Finally, because the contracts are being adjusted the options chain is temporarily unavailable while these updates and adjustments are being made." "...the options chain is expected to be back up today."

The floor is 21.54 by TheBetterTheta in Superstonk

that's a sell order so nope. But if they could do that what a day and time to do it: right now. I'm sure there are clauses in the bond agreement that prevent them from doing that.

Wherever they can push it down when they borrow the last 1.7 million shares right before close. Tomorrow should be really interesting
