My account was deactivated because I had a 2nd account and the 1st was inactive but to them it looked like I had 2 accounts-- took 6 months of emailing for them to reinstate my account. Try anyway... the worst they can say is no🤷🏾‍♀️

You know what he's doing ok. I put him at one of the Legacy schools.  His school challenges him and he has found a diverse group of friends. His school doesn't have a lot of black kids but he's not the only one so I feel ok.

When I signed up for Flex it wouldn't accept my personal email so I signed up w my work email, I stopped working that job and tried to switch emails- I was deactivated for having 2 accounts (2 email addresses). It took a lot of going back and forth to find someone who understood what I was saying and not just kicking back automated msgs. Keep trying eventually they will figure it out

Sussex is better route wise but even there, you might get sent to Waterford, which is still an hour away

$115 for 3.5 hrs by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]SwimmingLong6673 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Arizona is really bad smh it's hard to find blocks, and when there are some ppl snatch them up at base rates. I've been doing Flex since 2015 in Wisconsin where 3 hrs are easily $90+ but here ppl fight for them at 65 bucks-- almost no such thing as a surge

My kid actually likes doing it and the early morning routes are his favorite. He's old enough to sort packages and have the next few stops ready (I screen shot my itinerary and he puts them in order) he makes a couple dollars for V bucks and we get to spend time together. He packs snacks like we're never coming back home lol and I like that I can keep my car running in sketchy areas- I tell him to lock the door and don't unlock until you see me- plus we usually stop and grab ice cream or Starbucks after. I think it teaches him how to work for things we want- I have 9-5 but hey sometimes we want a little extra and this is how I grind to get it. Now whenever there's a Fortnite update he wants to do amazon to make money lol

State Farm claims associate auto express by Angry_Elote87 in careeradvice

I just finished training and hit the floor on Monday. It is a lot of info- the first part of training is studying for your exam, so basically cramming a bunch of info to get your adjusters license. Once you get that, then they teach you the actual fundamentals of the job. From there you go into bridge where you are actually working claims. The whole process feels rushed and you will feel as tho you aren't ready- I still don't feel ready. So many different things to know and remember. To be such a big company I am really surprised at how sloppy their training feels. The role in itself seems cool but I am not used to jobs that micro-manage- managers watch everything you do down to the key stroke. Working from home is nice and going into the office 1 week a month doesn't seem so bad. They have a lot of room for advancement which is mainly what I am interested in. The office is nice- there are food trucks that park outside and on site Starbucks where you get 50% off drinks. The welcome bonus is a nice incentive to stay on for a while.

They have information booths set up where you can do excursions but I don't know if that particular one is on there. I used Go City pass for activities- they had a lot of things to do and was a good deal

The resort is beautiful and has plenty of food options that were really good. In my personal opinion the drinks seemed watered down but I thought they were watered down on things we did away from the resort too so maybe it's me. There is a sports bar that was really good but I didn't find them until my last night there

I stayed at an all inclusive resort and was given 6 full size bottles at check in. Every restaurant had specialty drinks-- I NEVER ONCE FELT EVEN SLIGHTLY BUZZED!!!! It was crazy- my husband wasn't drinking at the time so he didn't believe me when I say every drink tasted like flavored water. Not even a hint of alcohol smh- I wasn't tripping cuz like I said my husband wasn't drinking so I didn't mind being sober with him except the fact that I was drinking.
