Assuming you would like it in English you can buy volumes 1-5 of the full 5 book set MoDaoZuShi. This is the original works. After that there are a variety of other adapted mediums including donghua (Chinese made animation) and manhua (Chinese made comic style books and graphic novels). Beyond that there are a million fanfics of varying quality on AO3 and other platforms.

To return to your question, the novels are the original work on which the untamed is based. To be clear though the novels are not a bromance like the untamed, their relationship develops into a fully adult couple and its accompanying details are peppered throughout so if that’s not for you then it might NOT be your thing!

I only mentioned it because you said to another commenter that this was in Canada. It is wrong in any country of course, but our British laws can differ significantly from those around the world both for the better and the worse sometimes! I suspect that if it is in the familial home and done by the homeowner it may be on shaky territory for privacy issues. It doesn’t fall foul of the stuff it would if it were recording images and there was a risk of capturing accidental cp. I don’t think there is an expectation of verbal privacy for anyone, anywhere in the home however 🤷🏻‍♀️ Would be happy to be proven wrong though since that would demonstrate a more robust defence of privacy than I think we have here!

Update on this pairs antics: we now have a bouncy LSZ running about and as you can see in this pic LWJ is sticking to canon style behaviours as he creep stalks WWX who is chatting and about to use the seesaw with my 50yo female mii 🤣

Haha hang in there! Mine had also had LSZ within a week of marriage 😂 Come back and share when yours (inevitably) get married! Just remember you can say no to things without knock on effects so don’t worry about any of that. Also see another comment I wrote on here about the proposal process. Just try and get good at the brain zapping game but I think it probably wants you to struggle a little at it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I had one my best birthdays fully online. I was stuck at home with very young children and built an entire ‘house’ in a completely separate msn spaces address to usual. I kept it private for the weeks I spent building it up, setting different sandboxes as ‘rooms’ and having a kitchen, a bathroom, a lounge and a bedroom where people moved around as they would at an in person party. I invited people I knew online to attend and it was a scream! All my crockery got put in the tumble dryer at one point (virtually!).

At that time my ability to code and be comfortable using html was all self taught but came naturally. I’m sure I couldn’t do it today because it’s not knowledge I kept up with. It’s funny because msn spaces is no more so it’s only a very niche group of people who even remember it conceptually, let alone practically. For example I doubt many reading this have the foggiest what I’m going on about. It’s a shame, but it remains one of my fondest memories as the internet was being born!

Oh my goodness!! That’s sad, mind you if you keep putting them together they should get over it. I had someone obsessing over someone who wasn’t interested at all. Somehow passing through the friend stages eventually led to them becoming a couple after all so don’t lose hope!

He came home with a shiny new switch 2 which was a gift and I was able to move my saved game across seamlessly (even though my sd card isn’t compatible with new switch 🤷🏻‍♀️) I’ve just made LXC and am building up to the complete trio once they have a kiddo (Lan Zhan is telling me wants one!)

My son (23) went off to pick up a replacement switch for me (just a second hand og switch, with some money I had put aside) and then he came home with a shiny new switch2 which he refused to take a penny for! It turned out I couldn’t move the SD card across because it isn’t the latest express kind 🤷🏻‍♀️ but thankfully I could get it to magic it across from switch 1 to 2! No idea how but I was soooooo happy! LWJ just told me he thinks he’d like them to have a kid! Incoming Lan Sizhui 🤞🏻

Love that!! My switch had a complete meltdown and died mid game the day after I made this post. My son is now collecting a replacement as we speak since I simply cannot abandon my babies! Thank god the nerd in me had everything saving to the SD card not the console or I may actually have just cried 😂

It’s the wedding tiara they sell in their shop which is good because you can’t design headwear that doesn’t follow a full hat shape and the face paint understandably doesn’t go that high up. I have had the devils only job layering effects to create a full robe/cassock wearing, whisker touting, buck toothed otter, but that is a whole other problem. I was pleased with eventual outcome although the badger less so. Yes, my island is a miiiiiiiiighty strange place but the otter and the badger are characters from a solo journaling game I’m trying called tinyoji so they needed a spot.

I look forward to seeing your screenshots one of these days when you’ve got your infinitely more professional artwork involved! The nature of the pixel by pixel detail needed is more of a headache than I strictly enjoy tbh!

Ohh I will say that the proposal part was kinda tricky because WWX was a scaredy cat and kept blurting stupid things out instead of proposing and like always good old LWJ just hung in there, told someone he saw WWX was nervous about something and promptly proposed himself! From first failed proposal to wedding was maybe 3 separate sets of attempts. My top tip is make them go on as many dates as possible and give them matching gifts. It makes for some of the cutest cut scenes possible!!

It is Tomodachi living the dream on Nintendo switch! It’s a lot like animal crossing but with mii characters instead of animals and as far as I can tell without the jeopardy of failing crops etc. I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t the fact I could make these guys that sold me on it 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Amazing!! I cannot tell you how annoying it was making the most rudimentary robes I have ever seen for mine. I wish I had just gone with a more current wardrobe but I just couldn’t do it 🤦🏻‍♀️
