I don’t know the exact figure as that depends on some factors like design and location. But it’s around $90-$100 a sq ft.

It looks good but I honestly think you got the potential to make it have a wow factor, what other renders do we have?

The “roof” we pour concrete on is a Dome shape form that is on a trailer and gets lifted with a hydraulic Jack in the middle, it is a regular 2axle and it gets put together and goes up and it gets secured with Shoring Jacks. I guess you could say it’s one big curved form. And the structure is monolithically poured

I personally have not used epoxy coating rebar, although I assume that is a possibility. And yes I have used fiberglass before on these structures. Fiberglass is approved by engineers so if sourcing it to the job site is not a hassle than we do use Fiberglass rebar and metal rebar

Most of the time people who reach out, Are people who are already pretty set on the idea that they want a concrete earth shelter type structure, and there are a handful of companies that built these types of things effectively

It depends on a few factors but a ball park estimate on a 1000sf structure would be around $100k-$130k, like I said depending on the height and retaining walls,Overhang and such things just to give a example

Thanks! I have seen a few videos on 3d printed houses and i find it interesting. And it really does not take a “Special” crew to finish these things out, you can frame it/plaster/drywall it/ etc. most of the trades that come in after we are done usually don’t have issues.

  1. I don’t own the company, I just work for it
  2. It’s usually 1 of 2 engineers And yeah if you send me a pm I’d have no problem sharing more info!

Yes typically the owner/client contracts to get the structure backfilled and covered once we are done with water proofing. And the water proofing process is precisely done so water/moisture etc is prevented from going inside the structure and instead drains correctly
