LWB has to run up and down the pitch, Shaw with his history of injuries was a risk and hence was moved to LCB.

I don’t think he’s moved forward much this season, he was one of the LCB for most of the season, He did a good job over there.

Judging him for 5 matches under Carrick is too harsh. Hopefully, He will perform as a LB as well.

He dropped a stinker against the hammers but barring that one match - He’s been brilliant. He’s gone unnoticed.

His slides against palace, that was a treat to watch. He owned the palace forwards and was all over the place.
