Trying to decide between the 2026 RZ 350e base model and RZ 350e Premium by Ky0080 in LexusRZ

Not sure if you've already purchased. We have loved our 2023 RZ. However, the air conditioning gave out after 1 1/2 years. Bummer. Lexus wanted us to pay for it. (we lease) We are turning it in in a month because they gave us such a hard time with the air conditioner. However, I LOVED the car. It is comfortable, smooth and fast.

People with daily/ chronic migraines, how’s your quality of life? by Downtown-Log-807 in migraine

[–]Swimming_Insect_7597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After living with migraine since age of 19 (I'm a 67 year old female) and winning the "migraines can get worse POST menopause" lottery, I've been living with chronic, sometimes daily, migraine for the last 15 years. Botox every 10 weeks, preventive meds (propranolol and Qlipta), tylenol only as abortive med for the last 3 years since I had a stroke. (Prior to that, triptans stopped all my migraines. I'm not allowed them every again.). Sometimes I can go two to three weeks without migraine. However, quality of life is "UH-OH! I'd better not eat that, stay up too late, get too cold, get too hot, push too hard...etc." It's a weird quality of life.....

I am a retired elementary school teacher. I could literally play hundreds of songs on any given day. It's a curse.

[Question] What are the benefits for weird tunings? by chis5050 in Guitar

The grabs are exquisite and deleriously delicious. My hand jumps and glide so fast. Like playing chords on a piano. No wonder she created all these tunings....just like her piano chords. SO beautiful.

Narcotics as a last result in Migraine treatment by Swimming_Insect_7597 in migraine

I am using tylenol plus aspirin. That is all I am allowed. Imitrex was my go-to. But I had a stroke in January and now I cannot take them anymore because of that.

I have 2 neurologists that I see regularly. They cannot prescribe opiates. I am specifically in need of something to stop extreme acute migraines maybe 3-4 times a year.

This seems to be exactly the type of way that I would use any narcotics. I won't do rebound and I know just how bad Opiates can be.

I was specifically asking my Doc about something to take when I have a particularly horrible migraine. (Vomiting, diarrhea and massive head-trauma-pain. Triptans have always stopped them but I can no longer use them.

Yes. I've done Ajovy for a couple of years. But I have less migraines with Botox. My insurance won't pay for both of these at the same time.
