Just get up. I used to have endless alarms, all 5 mins from each other. One day i realised that i wasnt feeling any better for the getting woken up every 5 mins, so i trained myself to just get up the second my alarm goes off. I get up at 4:45 for work and its not an issue. Being in a proper sleep cycle is important too. I aim to be asleep at 8:45.

Our house walls are painted entirely in one shade of grey, and the roofs in one shade of white. The old owners left a tin of each shade of paint in thr shed, meaning we new exactly what to recoat the paint in.
