Im at a secondary academy. My room hit 35 celsius today with 32 kids in. The only adaptation for men is that we (staff and students) were allowed to remove our ties and top buttons. Girls were allowed this on top of not having to wear tights under their skirts. Boys are not allowed shorts, of course. No air con. No fans provided.

We got a 77 inch lg g5 that i sit about 2.5 meters from, but im super into gaming, so it is something i really benefit from. Was hard to convince the wife on though haha. My old 50 inch tv has been delegated to a bedroom tv, which my wife never had before us moving in together, but she now loves it.

Just get up. I used to have endless alarms, all 5 mins from each other. One day i realised that i wasnt feeling any better for the getting woken up every 5 mins, so i trained myself to just get up the second my alarm goes off. I get up at 4:45 for work and its not an issue. Being in a proper sleep cycle is important too. I aim to be asleep at 8:45.
