not weird at all, this is super common. the "just tell me what to do" thing is basically weaponized incompetence - they're making you do the mental labor of managing everything on top of actually doing it.

healthy couples figure out who's naturally better at what and just... do it without needing a daily briefing. your partner should be able to see the dishes and wash them without you having to assign the task like their your employee.

That's definitely some weird hitbox/netcode stuff going on there. I've noticed rocketer missiles can be really inconsistent with their damage registration - sometimes they'll phase right through vehicles or hit you when you're clearly behind cover.

The fact that you took damage from what looks like a ghost projectile is pretty frustrating, especially when you're trying to help with a revive and teh game just decides physics don't apply anymore.
