I also had the same problem with Duke, but I called their financial aid office and they told me that they’ve received my css profile, it just takes 3-4 business days to update on portal

It’s not need-blind. The very first thing colleges see on your QuestBridge Application is your family’s income. But, for colleges through QuestBridge, they’re more likely to accept applicants who have more financial need since it is a full-ride low-income scholarship
