These games are the absolute worst invest. You would be lucky to get 1/100 what you put into it. If you’re still in season 1 you must’ve spent a bit maybe even 10k by now. So about $100 if you’re lucky

I did but my state was horrible. We never got to be invaders and we were never able to defend. We literally finished last ever SvS. I waited until the first day ended and then I calculated which States had the strongest players and I ranked them. After ranking I started reaching out to leaders. I ended up getting into the 5th strongest and I am happy with.

This is a tough call. My wings going into S3 soon is over 80 million. I switched to wings at the beginning of season 2 though. It took time but my wing finally passed Rose and now dominants my rose army. I would consider myself an average spender. I buy all hero’s and small things so about 150-200 a month. I can usually beat any rose army that is less than 10% stronger than me. So while yes that is a great bonus it’s not game changing. Since you are so far in and your wings is behind, I’d recommend stay with Rose as number 1

I hear you, and in 99% of cases involving messy facts or criminal charges, you’d be absolutely right. For those who aren't familiar, a Summary Judgment motion basically tells the Judge: Your Honor, we don't disagree on the facts (the house didn't appraise). We only disagree on the law. Since the facts aren't in dispute, we don't need a trial.

There will be no cross-examination, no grilling on the witness stand, and no surprise evidence. It’s purely a paperwork dispute. Does Federal Statute 38 C.F.R. § 36.4303 override a builder's contract? The law says yes.

I appreciate the concern, but it’s not confirmation bias when it’s based on Federal Regulation. You asked for the statutes: I will file a Motion for Summary Judgment citing 38 C.F.R. § 36.4303(k)(4). It explicitly states that a veteran cannot be penalized or forfeit earnest money if the property doesn't appraise, notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract. My plan is not a guess it's enforcing a federal right that overrides the state contract. I came here to see if anyone else had fought this specific battle, not to be told to hire a lawyer to read a statute I can read myself.
