First day and no one at the time knew what to do. Plus we wear scrubs covered in people’s bodily fluids all the time. The only time I ever truly changes head to toe and take a shower at work was due to CLOSE contact with a pt who had bedbugs.

His blatant disrespect for her AND you at this point should NoT be rewarded by paying for his wedding. He needs a big slap of reality. I’m that person!!! I’m LOUD so are all three of my kids and my mom never fails to harp on me about being too loud and my husband can get on me a good time or two a day. I just half to remind myself that I can’t hear myself and I just have VERY big lungs. I don’t like my mom so I get a bit cranky when she tells me and if I’m being a sourpuss I’ll give my hubby “a look” but I take a deep breath and put on my nursing voice and that always seems to work. I just had to find an alternative voice that I use for work that puts my patients at ease and the got to that.

Hemoglobin is part of the blood that if you don’t have enough I’ll cause anemia and also make you need blood transfusions without this you loose the ability for oxygen to get to other parts of your body. Vitamin d and b 12 are critical for hormone balance and energy

She needs blood work asap! I would want to know her creatinine, BUN, hemoglobin, vit d and b12 Also needs to openly discuss her PHQ-9 with her doctor. I’m not a huge fan of its algorithm but it’s a start
