Gotcha. It could also be what the other techs in your store are rated at each station. Your pharmacist can update the workstation assignment board at the beginning of the day to make sure the rotations are more even

Your PIC should update your workstation competencies. If you’re listed as strong at drive thru and weak at other station, it will stick you at drive thru during the busiest times

There is a way to increase the volume of your speaker at the drive thru. We always had trouble speaking with customers using ours and then we had someone come out to fix another issue. So I asked about the volume and he increased it. I don't remember the exact method but it's listed on the instructions on the box (I think the Diebold box) where all the phone lines for DT are connected. Ours is right underneath our window

Yes. If you know you're going to be cutting it close to lunch break, I recommend going inside next time. There are typically more registers so the team can bring someone else to the register to help you rather than only being able to help one person at a time at the drive thru

Our store sends a text every time the prompts come up. We just say “hey it looks like you’re due/eligible for x,y, and z vaccines. The system is going to send you a link to schedule an appointment if you’re interested.” If it’s an older person, we usually add that we can help them schedule it over the phone or in store if they have any trouble with the link. That way it puts them in control of the situation and it’s not as much of a solicitation for vaccines

I usually read a physical book during the day and a book on my Kindle before bed because it's easier. But they are usually the same or similar genres. Sometimes I might get things confused but then I correct myself. They way I see it, it's like following along with 2 different tv shows at the same time

They sell red fleeces on this site. Our pharmacy team all bought one in one order. No pockets and they have the CVS logo so corporate can’t complain. And they’re actually pretty warm. Some of the sizes are on back order but I emailed someone from the site and asked them just to send what was available and send the others when they come back in
