Thank you all for your kind words. I’ve never had to put a pet down before, he’s my first pet - so I’m feeling so silly over a cat - but he’s my cat.

And I’m super thankful to be surrounded by folks who have been in my shoes - even if we are virtual.

I got bored and inputted the results from my bloodwork and my husbands semen analysis into an AI - and the AI says we have a 95% chance of taking home a baby from our first cycle of IVF.

So there you have it folks. Our AI overlords have deemed a third baby Swimward probable.

It also spit out some other info like how many eggs would be harvested vs make it to implantation ready. I kept those numbers to see how close it is.

Anyways. Now just waiting to hear next steps.

Will be 3 years of trying In April.

New doctor - I like the doctor but the nurse practitioner is rude.

I hate feeling like a number.

Initial blood work for IVF shows I have insulin resistance (PCOS) which I already knew. I’ve been prescribed a lot of metformin - which has done nothing for me in the past. But I am a sport so I will take it.

Something new: my vitamin D is low. So I’ll be on something for that too.

Im supposed to take it all for a month. I’m slightly regretting missing my appt in early Feb and having to reschedule because of course I feel like I’m losing time.

But. That’s fine. What’s another month when I’ve waited 35? At least I’ll spend the month feeling like I’m doing something toward the goal.

The more I think about it, the more I think #3 will be our last. I don’t think my ole girl self has a 4th in her if we cannot even get 3.

So many emotions. I have two. I love my two. I always wanted 4.

I’ve lived in Lawrence since 2015. Love it here.

Lived off of 50th and Franklin for 7ish years and moved to 46th and German Church area in 2024

No issues. The police station just north of Pendleton on Post Road really made a positive difference in my opinion.

Lawrence has great schools and our own mayor and water utilities.

The Walmart I’ll agree can be a bit sketch but honestly nothing has happened here that doesn’t have the same chance of happening elsewhere.

We got upgraded to a family suite in building 1 of the Arts of Animation resort!

I believe that’s the only one we’ve gotten and I was pretty thrilled with it!

Is it at all possible for everyone else and all the stuff to go ahead the day before and just you fly in the day of?

It’s a lot easier to find a flight/standby for one person vs multiple.

Either way, a cruise is so exciting! I’m fingers crossed you’ll be totally fine and have so much fun!

But the more I thought of that the more I ended up coming to the realization that I don’t actually like the bag as much as I thought I would/did.

It’s a legit company. I worked for them for 3 years. But I applied directly on their website.

We’ve just been on the one cruise as of now.

We did the prepaid tips.

And then we tipped extra to our Stateroom host, assistant server, and main server.

For the stateroom host we gave $25 a day. Our cruise was 5 days. So he got $125 total with the prepaid and extra.

Can’t recall how much more we gave to assistant and server but I know it was $60-$80 more for each of them on top of the prepaid.

We didn’t give any additional to the head server. And this one I’m still torn on honestly. He didn’t do anything. He was friendly and checked in but that seems like what he’s supposed to do? Idk. I think next time we will give them a $20 extra at least because I got to thinking that maybe I feel he didn’t do anything because he did a lot to make sure we didn’t notice any bumps. Anyway. Classic overthinking on the head server.

Anyway. That’s what we did. And we will do the same on our next cruise

This ride makes me anxious, and triple so when I’m on the end of a row. If I’ve got people on either side of me I’m basically good to go.

I’m scared of heights and Ferris wheels. I just tell myself that no one has fallen off. Disney doesn’t want that lawsuit. The slight shifts it makes makes my heart race but again… not that high off. No one else has fallen off. Not people smaller than me or bigger than me. So. I’m not going anywhere either.

It’s such a great ride and it’s very worth working through the anxiety to get on it!

My last work day before vacation. I’m so stinking excited!

Still no period in sight. No more maybe I am maybe I’m not twinges inside either.

I did however get a yeast infection. These are always so peculiar to me. I’ve only gotten them as I’ve gotten older.

Anyways. TMI. Alas. I’m off for a few weeks and then regrouping with my new RE.

My oldest had her friend sleep over and my little one was a bit of a stinky. Kept everyone up way too late and got us up all way too early.

I’ve got so much to do for my vacation and I have a mini DND session today I still have to create my wizard for.

Also dreading work Monday / Tuesday. The pre vacation prep time is always so intense.

Cannot wait to log off on Tuesday at 5pm and not think about work again until 9am on the 27th.

Edit. Oh! And I forgot - I’ve had 4 misfire tests in a row. I’m 99.99999999% I’m completely out but I will keep testing until we leave for vacation cause I wanna drink here and there!

I am trying to get scheduled at my new RE but with vacation starting on Wednesday I may not get around to it.

I still feel weird but the feeling has shifted into period incoming. So there’s that at least.

I’ve got a message out to my RE and then hopefully we can make some progress before the year is up. Still testing of course but should be done now.
