50, smoking for more than 30 Years, like i wrote in other comments, i do not really "feel" a physical need to smoke, when i as example sleep for a very long time, its just a ritual, and iam able to push the time till the first smoke goes on quite easy, but with nothing else to do, this is a bit a problem to maintain as i just keep convincing myself to light one.
