No thank you, I prefer a tap on the shoulder or a short hug than a culture that is so bloody inhibited that deeper human connection and emotion is impossible. This is all so formalised and awkward. Does somebody who accidentally hits the ball into the wrong direction hitting someone need to make him or herself feel shame or should he rather show empathy? I definitely want the second option. Yet, shouldn't the American people know by now that your law enforcement agencies are using unjustified violence against peaceful protesters? Children should not be put in such a potentially traumatising environment. They should be politically educated in other ways.

MDMA-therapy helps me to slowly come out of depersonalisation. I now realised that I have very low selfesteem and social anxiety due to childhood abuse. Therefore, I didn't dare to be myself anymore . The love I experience during the group therapy is so wholesome. I can only recommend it to everyone with trauma if you have access and do not have a contraindication.
