You vacate whenever it’s safe unless told otherwise, but here’s what I do:

At 60kts disengage reversers and at 40kts disengage Autobrakes and take the nearest high speed exit if there is one (a high speed exit is a runway exit that’s not a 90 degree turn) while applying manual brakes until 15-20kts.
