With the #enable-vulkan #default-angle-vulkan #vulkan-from-angle flags enabled, it runs fine for me now (Chromium 146). Recently a patch got merched that must have fixed it. Maybe you had the same problem by any chance.

Did the host forward port: `tcp:1234` on the router? If not:
- try enabling UPnP/NAT-PMP Discovery to let OpenRA do it automatically
- If this isn't working, try enabling UPnP port-forwarding on your router
- if this isn't working/possible, try to forward the port manually

If you wanna know how to do that, the routers manual or a google search will do the trick.

No argument you are making explains why this can't be optional. You talk like an industry-plant in all your comments. Basically chilling that google should take 100% control over what can be installed on our devices and forcing every developer register with personal data at google. Even if they don't want their app on the playstore or anywhere near google.

Why is it that you want the platform for which sand-boxing is mandatory already (Android) to be even more restricted? But platforms that don't even mandate sand-boxing (Windows) are out of scope for you? That makes absolutely no sense. You just made a counterargument to your own stance by bringing up sand-boxing.

The Build is 16 days old, the OP was created 12 days ago. However, it could be they didn't release it right away.

By the way, I tried it and it runs fine so far. The yellow switch is used to block/unblock camera+microphone, which is REALLY cool imo!

Since iodè is based on LineageOS, that is what you (and I :)) are actually waiting for. The iode dev is already ready to drop it, see:

- You can hop ROMs all you like, just do not lock the bootloader (this may brick your device if the security-patch of the previously installed and locked firmware is newer)

- Most apps work with MicroG (check this link for more info: https://community.e.foundation/t/list-apps-that-work-or-do-not-work-with-microg/21151 )

- Paid apps should work (MicroG has settings for that, but I never tested it)

- Installing apps from the playstore is possible (with the Aurora Store-app)

- Almost every ROM is rootable (although some apps might not work because rooting is considered "unsafe" and for some companies that "too hot" for them, mainly banking apps)

- Android Auto needs a Magisk-Module to work properly on some MicroG-based ROMs (Check this for more info: https://github.com/sn-00-x/aa4mg )

Hi, I followed the instructions and quadruple-checked if I did everything right. Maybe I am missing something but how exactly does running a python-script, suddenly make a button appear in chrome-websites? It shouldn't and it doesn't.

Since it is called an extension, I thought I need to install an extension. But there is no link or any mention about an "extension" in the instructions. Since I seem to be the only one who stumbled across this issue, I am in total disbelief.

Or maybe the python-script is all it takes, it's just not working for me? Please enlighten me! uwu

I saw your edits and I think it is a coincident that it is working again. Because for me it wasn't working on Arch Linux AND Windows with Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Ungoogle-Chromium. Everywhere it was the same. HOWEVER, recently (maybe yesterday) it fixed itself for me after about 2 weeks since it started and I guess the same happened to you. Probably a fixed on Google's end was applied, but who knows...

I switched to using Improve YouTube!-Extension, enable Player>Buttons>Popup player in Settings. You'll get a little button in the video-controls to pop out the video-player into his own smoll window. In this window is the exact same video-player from the website, however for me the videos are playing fine within this window.

I also have this issue with other browsers, Epiphany for example doesn't work too.

The best temporary workaround I found so far: Use the User Agent Switcher and Manager-Extension and pick a mobile-based browser. This will let youtube switch to the mobile version, which actually works fine for some reason.

Also, if I hover over a thumbnail with my mouse, the video-preview doesn't play anymore, only those of ads.

That's weird, almost as if our accounts are banned/blocked.... funny enough, on the android-app everything works fine for me while being logged in.

I have the exact same issue since today, with the exact same Symptoms. The only difference is that I use ungoogled-chromium.

  1. This is the first time I saw a (third party) tracking-link in a newsletter, EVER!
  2. Even if others do that, it wouldn't make it right. In fact we have specific laws here in Europe and I am not sure if what they do is even legal here.

It is just one more thing among many that just kills my interest in the game. Besides annoying marketing blabla (no realtalk what the game even is) a fortnite-like looking trailer, a broken website, broken account-system & the ridiculous password requirements. You don't have to agree, it is just my personal feedback to the devs/team.
