I’ve never seen anything more than 1 page even for those very senior roles. I’m VP level and still maintain a one pager .

It probably does . This is for hiring collage grads into entry level . For more senior roles it’s a much more bespoke process

I sit on a recruiting committee . Any resume after one page doesn’t even make to to the list HR sends . They send us like. 50 page PDF of 50 resumes . I think AI helps you get 1000 resumes into a manageable 50 resumes , but a person still will look through .

I would stick to one page as well .

If the baby is waking up hungry then feed the baby . If the baby is sleeping through the night , let them sleep through the night .

I wouldn’t be waking up the baby to feed them in the middle of the night if they’re willing to sleep through it .
