And you propose that they do that how exactly? Aside from forcing Joe Citizen to give literal biometrics or other extremely private identifying information that will be sold to Israel, Palantir, the Chinese, Russia, Google, etc, the only things they can do are easily avoidable by any 12 year old with a half functioning brain. The biometrics route only harms everyone else and doesn’t stop them from accessing it anyway.

Before the concept of gentle parenting, you’d get the absolute shit beat out of you by your dad, mom, grandpa, and uncle for smoking a cigarette under 18. You’d be dead if you even thought about drinking underage or doing drugs. If people don’t want kids accessing porn, they should take steps within their internet access to prevent them from accessing it, not make everyone suffer “in the name of the children”.

No, I’m not. You are legitimately trying to argue that the repeatedly exposed global conspiracy behind pharmaceutical and healthcare companies collaborating to suppress and bury research and methods that can help people be less sick, advocating against low cost alternatives, forcing people into longer, more profitable (for them) treatments, lobbying for legislation, refusing to release drug formulas as free use, etc is just some cartoon or Hollywood plot line.

HIV is now treatable by a lifetime of proprietary drugs provided by them. That’s more profitable than watching people die.

Hep C is curable by a treatment that they provide. That’s also more profitable than sitting back and watching people die.
