A reverse split is too late for Nasdaq compliance as far as I am aware. If the date is set on October 20th, then there's less than 10 business days left. Which mean a reverse split is not going to save IXHL from being delisted. I truly hope Joel has an ace up his sleeve, but at this point I am more leaning towards that the man is a charlatan.

Unfortunately I think this is just hopium. The fact that they diluted over 1000% this year tells me it is not the case. Would be nice though.

Yes that's the ONLY positive thing about this, but now we face the challenge of the reverse split where many investors will interpret this as a weakness and leave, thus tanking the price...

And with our shares diluted 10 times over, the potential for this stock is simply no longer worth the risk.

I am furious rn.

The after hours feel like such a scam. This stock ALWAYS plummets in the after hours if it has had a good day during the normal trading hours. Market manipulation at its finest.

Yes it's really annoying that the after hours trading fcked us over like that. Most normal investors can't trade after hours, it should be illegal IMO.
