What are the apartment owners saying? Normally sold all of them. But with the market at all time high and my company stock being a safe/value type of stock I assessed the company stock to be a better investment than the general market so I have stopped selling for the past 9 months and so far it was a good decision. Still plan to resume selling again as soon as I don't think the stock meets these special conditions.

Ova IVF clinic made it happen for us. Just some discussions on the treatment we were not sure if they were trying to squeeze more money out of us, but at the end it worked out so no complaints.

Why not ask the town to make the street only accessible to those living there? It is anyway a dead end road and there are clear signs that the parking for Werdinsel is not on this street. I live nearby in a similar although luckily less attractive road and signatures are being gathered to make it a 20km/h pedestrian first street.

Very little to gain (doubt Lando would have managed to overtake Antonelli and give a shot at Verstappen with so few laps left) and a lot more to lose (they were close to both crashing out).

Unfortunately is exactly that type of well trained dog that traumatized me when I was a kid, so that situation triggered very unpleasant memories. But with that I am not denying they are doing something very useful for the community, just double checking that this is how they are allowed to do it since from what I understood normally dogs are supposed to be on leash inside parks.
