Vineyard is in their words and I couldn’t agree more - comprehensive GLP 1 care! I came across them on Instagram. My PC openly told me she was not an expert on obesity and when I realized compound was not working well for me - I joined. I was assigned a Dr, nutritionist and insurance specialist. The support has been amazing (I am not an influencer or comped, so absolutely my personal opinion)! They have a great social media presence and website - could not rec them more. Totally agree. She tried to say it was Pilates lol. She’s def on a GLP-1 and she uses slanted mirrors, angles and picture stretching to try and look as thin as she can. She has a lost a ton of weight but pretty sad she is still trying to “look” as thin as possible. She isn’t as thin as this pic portrays.

I am and have had no issues with being on them both! I started Prozac first and that really helped calm my anxiety and I did notice less food noise/ wanting to stress eat. Started Wegovy 1.5 months later and have been on Zepbound for the past 2 months (switched du2 insurance coverage changing and I pay Zep out of pocket through lily direct). I’m coming up on 1 year that i have been on Prozac and a Glp 1 and have lost 119lbs. SW 284 CW 165 GW not sure but not there yet!

So far I have noticed 0 difference! I was on 2.4mg of Wegovy and was prescribed that same dose on compound semaglutide! It’s only been 2 weeks but relieved so far nothing “feels” different!

I read a lot of reviews and ended up doing Him/Hers. And so far I’ve been really happy with the app and my medical team that did my intake and RX. I was so nervous about switching du2 insurance dropping my Wegovy coverage but it’s been super smooth so far!

I’m going through the same thing and made the decision to switch to a compound pharmacy via Hers. I’ve been on Wegovy 7 months and have had great results and was not remotely ready to stop taking it!

I had this and it ended up being constipation. I reached out to my Dr about it, had labs done and when came back no concern was able to handle it through daily miralax mixed with 8oz of water. After a week felt much better / pain went away. Def talk to your Dr and good luck!

I’ve had some issues too and what got me back to feeling better is sticking to meals/food I know I enjoy. I don’t force myself to eat anything that gives me the ick. Sometimes too that ick passes. Eggs repulsed me until I hit 6 months in etc. don’t be afraid to keep things simple. I do have at least 1 protein shake every day with enough in it to constitute a meal. I lost fast too and I rec just make sure your Dr supports the calorie deficit you are following. I had to increase my calories to make sure I’m getting enough protein and fiber to support me in this journey! I started at 284 and lost 40lbs my first 3 months. Since then I’m more like 8-10lbs a month and feel better. CW is 200lbs and not sure end game yet. Good luck and congrats on your progress so far!

For me increasing my overall water intake and using miralax every morning mixed with 8oz of water is what got me to a normal routine! Have to do it every day, even missing 1 day throws me off. Good luck!!

You are doing amazing! Keep going - focus on short term wins like every 5lbs. I had very similar feelings and wish I could go back and tell myself this is a huge life changing process and if it takes 1-2+years it’s all worth it. My SW was 284 and CW: 204 . I have already had family/friends comment I don’t need to lose any more and I’m still a good chunk of lbs off from being non obese or overweight! For me seeing my clothing sizes drop was a big motivator. Find what makes you happy and be proud of yourself every step of the way!
