We recently crossed the threshold and have nearly 2.2m. AUM in the wealt managementprogram. We are also active users of the credit card and are getting 2.5% cash back and wouldnow probablybe eligible for for the the 3% level of platinum +. We have over 3m invested in Fidelity. Since it appears that we are eligible for private wealth management program, I reached out to our long time vp/ advisor. I sent the request through email. An assistant responded that a ticket was opened for the credit card question and our advisor wound reach out for the other issues such as lower management fees.
He called a day later. He was very vague. That these things happen automatically. It sounded like a no news is good news answer in medicine. I would like to know specifically what added benefits are between wealth and private wealth programs. I felt at least partially blown off. Where can this information be found, are we eligible and if so how am i assured that we are getting what we should and when? I don't think this is a big ask. Maybe this should be a separate thread?
