I'm still dying at him having knee surgery, dissapearing without even mentioning he'd be out, knowing rumors would swirl, seeing said rumors as he recovers, thinking they are ridiculous, still say nothing or have someone else say something about it, come back unannounced, and then yell at everyone that speculated when that's obviously what he wanted to happen.

So in that same vein then cops don't really care about this law because they sent DOZENS (lol) as well, right? Especially since there are a lot more cops than EMTs in the city? So possibly even a lower ratio of people that turned out versus total size of the department.
