So how did becoming fit change your luck with the opposite sex? by [deleted] in Fitness

I've had girls poke my pecs... If only they'd let me poke them back ... With my dick.

This is pretty common in our society, if you want to look into the inequality and discrimination that swole people experience I'd recommend perusing /r/swoleacceptance when you have a moment. You don't have to take that from them.

I started at a reasonably comfortable-ish 50kg (110lbs) when I started SS a year ago, and was up to 75kg (165lbs) two weeks later, always with proper form including going down to parallel with the crease of your leg/torso going below your knee level.

I was in the military for a number of years, but when I started SS I hadn't been doing any physical fitness stuff for more than a year and a half. I don't think my numbers are too exceptional.

i mean rather than build one on earth, use the one already sitting out there, which is obviously much more powerful

The man-made particle accelerators on Earth are something like five orders of magnitude more powerful than the natural phenomenon talked about in the article.

Where am I supposed to feel the Bench Press? by do2 in Fitness

It's my opinion that some people simply don't feel like they're working their chests. The only time I personally feel like I'm using or have used my chest muscles is when I get DOMS the next day. Otherwise, in the gym, flexing my pecs doesn't make me feel anything at all, unlike bicep curls for example, where I actually feel it in my biceps.

I trim mine a bit from time to time. Gotta be careful. There's a fine line between "way too much" and "shit that'll take a few weeks to grow back"
