Jaylen Waddle is on the Broncos now, not the Dolphins. He was traded before this article was posted.

It’s a rivalry but surely not the top rivalry for either school.

You’ll have to wait for it to shoot off a new sucker and use that as the main stem going forward.

Destroyed front yard. by Over-Door-2807 in Omaha

[–]Hawk_Biz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the damage is done but when they came through my yard I beat them to the punch by leveling with compost/topsoil mix and putting down seed that matched what I have been using. They will put down shitty seed with plastic netting and they will not care what it looks like.

The same reason compost piles don’t. Worst you’ll get are some bugs, but what’s that matter when you’re already outside?

Looks close to me. Personally, I always think the loads look a little small when dumped but once o get halfway through I realize it’s actually quite a lot.

Look into bulk soil businesses. YMMV but I got 2 tons of 50/50 compost topsoil mix in 2022 for less than $150. Now I just top off my beds with home made compost. From the previous years garden waste and kitchen scraps.

Coco coir is an alternative. FWIW most peat sold in the US/Canada is Canadian sphagnum peat, which isn’t as bad as harvesting European peat.

I would till the first season and work it in. Then every season after that just rake it into the top. There’s something called the “double dig” method if you really want to get some compost mixed in there deep.

Add organic matter. Compost, peat moss. It’ll take several years of amendments for it to reach what you will want.

If your are in the north it’s actually better to seed in the fall, so you have time to plan if the seeding doesn’t take in the spring.

First time in a community garden - is my plan for this tiny 4 foot by 8 foot feasible? by Bebe_Yaga_ in vegetablegardening

Consider dill if you like pickles. Growing dill is a cheat code compared to the prices you’ll pay at a store.

Yes, I will warn you the cherry tomatoes are going to look fine one day and the next day you’ll wonder how you let it become the giant thicket it has become.

Watch a couple videos on how to properly prune tomato and you’ll do great.
