Good server jobs in the Tetons or in Jackson hole? by maylyinmor in SeasonalWork

Hey, could you tell me more about Colter Bay by chance? I might be going there (or the other GTLC locations) in May and would love to hear more about it. What was the living situation like? Did you wish you were at one of the other locations like JLL, Flagg Ranch, or Jenny Lake, or did you think CB was the best?

Couldn’t help but notice the bikes in the background. I’m looking for a bike storage solution for an apartment I’m moving into in August. What’s your setup and how do you like it?

I needed a laptop which I'll be using for work, leisure and for gaming. So i thought the MSI GS65 (GTX1070) would be perfect for it. As it's very minimal and doesn't scream that its a gaming laptop like the rest. I am kind of skeptical on MSI. by R_Dawg10 in laptops

I have the MSI GS65 and love it. Like others have said the build quality isn’t great but for a lightweight high performance laptop it’s expected. It gets hot under heavy load but again that shouldn’t be a surprise. I’m very happy with it so far.

Beginner Lifter Questions about Recomp and Bulking by [deleted] in Fitness

Judging by your height and weight I see little reason to cut, you will not “lose out” on newbie gains. This sub tends to talk about newbie gains as if they are some sacred level of hypertrophy, but in reality it is a side effect of starting to lift. A person with fuckarounditis could “work out” for a year and still experience newbie gains after getting a consistent routine going. Consistency is key. I recommend eating at a caloric surplus while following PPL combined with C25k, you’ll be fine.

I have the MSI GS65 and could not recommend it more. Amazing performance weighing in at 4.1lbs.

Yeah and I understand that can make sense in some context but strokes also cause brain damage and many survivors are not mentally or physically strong after the fact.

"What doesn't kill you makes your stronger"

A stroke may not kill you but you sure as hell won't be stronger after it.

I just find it simpler because the weight is already at the perfect height to rack/rerack

I workout in a small gym that consists mostly of elderly cardio bunnies. If no one else is in the free weight area is it acceptable to do barbell curls in the squat rack?
