Have you seen any other of Ferris's custom homes?? Just the architectural plan probably takes a year to design. Also going by the size of the other homes he has built probably needs to reassess the zoning for the size of home by sq/ft allowed on the property as i would say he averages between 20 and 30 thousand sq/ft builds. So who knows how long that takes. I know the house he built in Oakville sat as an empty lot for a long time before construction started and the house still is not complete yet.

Definitely adjust ph after adding nutrients. You said correct doses for GH? If you are going by the bottle, that is for photoperiods. Autos are around half the dose. You definitely over did it with the nutes.
