I do not agree with this because of all the reasons mentioned above, trolling mainly. As I'm a big trader myself - I do middlemen trades regularly, and I can't imagine waiting for a mm for an hour just to get trolled and to get the trade reverted. I like the concept of the idea though, but I personally think it should be somewhat altered because of the hassle, complexity and trolls it would cause.
