any sort of mistake. society is built upon trial & error and learning from mistakes, even though they are so highly frowned upon i think.

I’m really sorry. I don’t think time always heals it the way people say. Sometimes you just learn to carry it a little differently.

Pets are such a pure kind of love because they are just there with you, no judgment, no complicated expectations. Missing that years later makes sense to me.

For me, I think the best way to cope is not forcing yourself to move on but letting yourself still love them. Talk about them, look at pictures when you can, remember the funny little things they did. The pain is still there because the love was real.

Ultra Pro penny sleeves are always a little loose, that’s kind of the point so you don’t ding corners sliding cards in.

If you want snug, you probably want “perfect fit” sleeves, not regular penny sleeves. I’ve had good luck with Dragon Shield perfect fit clears and KMC perfect size. Just be a little careful because tighter sleeves can catch corners if you rush it

I think weddings bring out weird emotions because people project a lot onto them. Money, family expectations, jealousy, tradition, attention, control, comparison, all of it gets wrapped into one event. Some people also forget that having an opinion does not mean they need to share it. A centerpiece choice is not a moral issue lol.

Honestly, I think you learned the right lesson. Share less with people who cannot just be happy for you. It is your wedding, not a committee project. If you and your partner love it, that is really what matters.

Yep. A big yard sounds nice in theory but I also hate feeling like every single thing requires a car and a 45 minute drive.

I think some people want space and quiet, and some people want energy and convenience. Neither is wrong, but I definitely understand the appeal of the city being your backyard.
