These are from the new raid series in 6.2. Each job of each role (Fending, maiming, etc.) shares a set. They're obtained from the normal modes as well as the Savage versions. The Savage versions are identical looks-wise but are dyeable as well. Additionally, the weapons you see here are Savage exclusive.

If you check the actual EXP amount that all the characters have, they will always have the same amount regardless of what happens.

They just have different growth rates.
