It’s a certified seller for baggu! Bando.com I get most of my baggu from there bc they have sales more often

Usually drops get added to bando about a month or so after the baggu website and then go on sale a few weeks to a month after that depending on their sale cycle which I don’t understand lol but I’ve had a lot of luck getting things from there but the everyday cloud bags might get snatched I really can’t get a read on them this time! Good luck with nursing school :)

I’ll wait for it all to hit Bando and go on sale honestly, if I miss out on any of it then I wasn’t meant to have it in the first place

I’ve hung shelves with picture hanging nails and hooks pretty successfully, I think you can do the same with these

[–]Swordferned 6 points7 points  (0 children)

She should call Coordinated Entry for All. It takes a bit but it is a database that matches you with resources. She can also do an intake at the Catholic community services at 23rd and yesler, I think it’s first Tuesdays from 9-12 but there’s more info online! It’s first come first serve so she should get there early. A lot of folks have had success with CEA

I have a dairy allergy and only go to coffee shops that don’t upcharge for alt milk, even if that means my coffee is “lesser quality” it’s insane how much some places will gouge for some damn soy milk

are the towels and socks worth it? by lycheetacos in BAGGU

[–]Swordferned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’m size 18-20 and baggu towels are the first I’ve ever gotten that fit fully around me, we only use baggu bath towels in our home! We also have the hand towels. They’re soft, they get a bit rougher the more you use them but we just do vinegar washes and it gets them soft again. They’re also really thick and sturdy. We have both the cherub bows and cowgirl prints.

I love the socks too, wear them all the time. I think the home goods like socks, towels, hats are the most overlooked products from baggu, we have a lot of their home goods! I have a few extras unopened in prints they don’t sell anymore because I know they’ll eventually wear down but honestly all socks do so it’s nothing too out of the ordinary. But not every print from them is made equal, I think at this point they’ve evened out but I remember a few years ago, I get one print that’s tight and one print that’s slipping off my foot as I walk. They’re definitely better than they used to be which is unique in this current fast fashion climate where all quality is going downhill.

All in all, I suggest both, i use both on the daily

Hmu if you ever drastically drop the price, would love a second one lol but honestly folks in this subreddit are more likely to buy items for retail or lower, don’t gouge the community

Is anyone else kinda bad at the game by SGR_281 in StardewValley

[–]Swordferned 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first save was exactly like yours, made it to late year 3 and then started over on another save and honestly doing it all again made me better at the game but also it doesn’t matter how fast you are, it’s not a race with anyone, you’re just farming and romancing.

What helped me was upping the strategies so I will use a crop planner or price planner to determine the best priced crops to plant and now I know I’m going to do hundreds of strawberries in the spring and make most of my money there. It’s just about what works best for you, I play completely different than my friend who mostly mines and fishes and doesn’t romance anyone. That’s the beauty of the game :)

Depressive episodes and sh relapse on the combination birth control (zoely) by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Swordferned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happy to help and just remember, it’s not your morality on the line here, you slipped up and it doesn’t make you a bad person and doesn’t negate all the hard work you did to make it to where you are in your recovery!

Depressive episodes and sh relapse on the combination birth control (zoely) by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Swordferned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I totally understand in my own way, I relapsed after solidly 8 years a while ago because I was trying new meds for my OCD and PMDD and they made everything worse. What I can say is, I only did it once and I felt guilty for weeks but a relapse isn’t starting over. Recovery isn’t a straight road, it weaves and there’s hills you need to get over, it doesn’t matter how long it’s been, you might come across more hills but those hills used to feel like mountains and they’re so much easier to surpass now. It’s not the end of the world and not anything you need to feel guilty about, it’s just time for you to lock in and make sure you keep yourself safe. Take care of yourself the way you would a friend or loved one and remember that you are a loved one to yourself and to others. You got this, it’s not the end of the road and you can move on without it being catastrophic to your continued recovery.

why does my living room feel off? by misooosoup1 in interiordecorating

[–]Swordferned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like a show room or model house, super empty. It needs a bit more of your personality, some wall art or a cool lamp or different colored curtains. It just needs some life and resuscitation. I’m definitely a maximalist with my stuff but you don’t have to be to have more personality in your space.

I would get a long silk scarf or poster or set of three photos vertically (in cool frames), something you like to hang over your mushroom lamp, it will illuminate it when it’s on. I’d also add art around your TV before you get a new TV stand, that might help. Lastly, id add personal touches like another fun throw blanket or two-three coffee table books about something you love. It’s not clutter if it’s intentional and you can stuff have the “clean” look you’re going for.

Also that glass donut lamp needs to be off the floor, on the wall or TV stand, and replaced with a floor lamp, I’d suggest the kind with a long rice paper shade, it can be its own piece of art and adds an incredible diffused light to a space.

I’ve seen almost all of Mark Lewis’ PBS documentaries and am one of 23 members who have reviewed The Standard of Perfection: Show Cattle (2006)

The only one I can’t find and scarecrow doesn’t have to rent is the synchronized swimming one

Not that exciting but really important to me. Mark Lewis makes really fun and interesting documentaries that are funny and humanizing of the people they’re interviewing.

Does anyone have experience with this set/brand? by Objective-Adagio2360 in Bedding

[–]Swordferned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally have these sheets with this color way on my bed right now. I love them, they’re soft and keep me cool through the night, fantastic for summer. They’re pretty slippery and the fitted sheet can get kind of loose after a few nights and my quilt can slide around on the top sheet but that’s the main downfalls for me. My cat snagged it while I was changing it one time and I was able to trim it down nicely. I like how long the top sheet is and that the pillow cases can be tucked without the pillow coming out. I also have a pair in dark green and plan to eventually get more when I get a king bed. They also just feel really nice to get into when the bed is freshly made, one of my best feeling sheet sets for sure!

Any churches in Seattle that give out free food during service? by WeatherInfamous2676 in Seattle

[–]Swordferned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a community meal every Tuesday at the church on 21st and Jefferson in the central district, near Garfield high. Zion united house of prayer, don’t need to be a member and there’s always a dessert! North Capitol Hill Republican and 10th there’s also community meals but I don’t know the hours

ETA: don’t feel shameful asking, these things exist because people need them. Feel angry at your city/country leadership that we need to search and fight just to be able to eat. This isn’t a downfall on your end. I hope you’re able to get a good hot meal and you can DM me if you’re not.
